Ed founded Longbottom in 2001 following a recruitment career spanning Armstrong International and Michael Page City. Additional commercial experience with Arthur Andersen, DHL and a 'Dot Com' (part of what was the Durlacher portfolio of Investments). A graduate of Exeter University.
Chris Smith
Chris joined Longbottom in 2009 following two years with a recruitment firm managing a team of consultants specialising in the Executive Search, Recruitment and Sales sectors. Prior to this, he founded and ran his own recruitment and training business servicing the UK Real Estate market which continues to operate today. Chris grew up in Vienna, speaks fluent German and is a graduate of the University of Leeds.
Victoria Sanders-Clarke
Victoria joined Longbottom in 2011 having recently graduated from the University of the West of England with First Class honours in Economics, Banking and Finance. She spent a year as a Research Associate with a leading Investment Management Executive Search boutique as part of her degree. Victoria is responsible for the research and execution of mandates in the Executive Search, Human Capital and Leadership Consulting markets globally.
Chris Duffy
Chris joined Longbottom in 2012 following a year with a recruitment firm servicing Front Office Banking Executive Search clients. Prior to this he worked for a boutique Financial Services Executive Search Firm covering the Capital Markets space. Chris graduated from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University with an MSc in African Studies, and also holds a BA in History from the University of Exeter.
Liz Cuervo Moraga
Liz joined Longbottom in 2010 having previously worked at Christie’s, Korn/Ferry International and JO Hambro Investment Management in a variety of administrative and human resources roles. Liz focuses on providing administrative support to the Longbottom team and manages the day to day running of the office.
